Reports and Analytics

The Reports and Analytics section in Voter.Vote allows you to review campaign results across all outreach channels, including texting, email, and direct mail. These reports help campaigns measure performance, evaluate engagement, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Accessing Reports

  1. Go to Contact Voters → Reports.

  2. Select the campaign type you want to review—Texting, Email, or Direct Mail.

  3. Use the filters at the top of the page to adjust by date range, outreach type, or campaign status.

Campaign Overview Metrics

Each campaign includes a summary of performance data.

  • Total Sent: Displays how many texts, emails, or mail pieces were successfully sent or processed.

  • Delivery Rate: The percentage of messages or mail pieces successfully delivered to recipients.

  • Engagement Rate: Measures interactions such as replies, clicks, or responses depending on outreach type.

  • Bounce or Failure Rate: Shows how many deliveries failed due to invalid contact information.

  • Cost Summary: Lists the total spend and average cost per contact.

Channel-Specific Reports

Texting Reports: Include delivery confirmations, carrier response rates, and opt-out statistics. Use these insights to clean your voter list and improve compliance.

Email Reports: Show open rates, click-through rates, bounce counts, and unsubscribe totals. Reviewing these metrics helps optimize future subject lines and content.

Direct Mail Reports: Display print and delivery confirmations, return-to-sender counts, and estimated in-home dates. These data points help track timing and coverage.

Exporting Data

Use the Download or Export options to download campaign reports in Excel or CSV format. These files can be shared with consultants, stored for compliance, or imported into CRM systems for deeper analysis.

Comparing Campaigns

The comparison view allows you to analyze multiple campaigns side by side. This helps identify which channels or messages delivered the highest response rates or best return on investment.
